1. Privacy at a glance

General information

The following notes give a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified. For detailed information on data protection, see our privacy policy set out below this text.

Data collection on this website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the section “Note on the controller” in this privacy policy.

How do we collect your data?

Your data is collected, for one thing, by you providing it to us. This can, for example, be data that you enter in a contact form.

Other data is collected automatically, or after your consent, by our IT systems when the website is visited. This is above all technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page view). The collection of this data takes place automatically as soon as you enter this website.

What do we use your data for?

Part of the data is collected in order to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data can be used to analyse your user behaviour.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to obtain, free of charge, information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have a right to demand the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can withdraw this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

You can contact us at any time about this and about further questions on data protection.

Analysis tools and third-party tools

When this website is visited, your browsing behaviour can be evaluated statistically. This is done above all with so-called analytics programs.

You will find detailed information on these analytics programs in the following privacy policy.

2. Hosting

External hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website are stored on the host's servers. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact enquiries, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

The hosting provider is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). If a corresponding consent has been requested, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Our host will process your data only insofar as this is necessary to fulfil its performance obligations, and will follow our instructions regarding this data.

We use the following host:

hostNET Medien GmbH
Osterdeich 107
28205 Bremen

Commissioned data processing

We have concluded a data processing agreement (AVV) with the provider named above. This is a contract required under data protection law, which ensures that this provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

3. General notes and mandatory information

Privacy

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection provisions and this privacy policy.

If you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data are data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains which data we collect and what we use them for. It also explains how and for what purpose that happens.

We point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Note on the controller

The body responsible for data processing on this website is:

Blaue Erdbeere Werbetechnik GmbH
Kleinewefersstraße 150
47803 Krefeld

Phone: +49 2151 91 36 30
Email: info@blaueerdbeere.de

The responsible body is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, email addresses or similar).

Storage period

Where no more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data remain with us until the purpose of the data processing ceases to apply. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or withdraw consent to data processing, your data are deleted, unless we have other legally permissible grounds for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, deletion takes place after these grounds cease to apply.

General information on the legal bases for data processing on this website

If you have consented to the data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR or Art. 9 (2) lit. a GDPR, where special categories of data under Art. 9 (1) GDPR are processed. In the case of explicit consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, the data processing also takes place on the basis of Art. 49 (1) lit. a GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information in your terminal device (e.g. via device fingerprinting), the data processing additionally takes place on the basis of § 25 (1) TTDSG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. If your data is required for the performance of a contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data where this is required to fulfil a legal obligation, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR. Data processing can also take place on the basis of our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The following paragraphs of this privacy policy give information on the legal bases applicable in each individual case.

Notice on data transfers to the USA and other third countries

We use, among other things, tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law. If these tools are active, your personal data can be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We point out that in these countries no level of data protection comparable to the EU can be guaranteed. For example, US companies are obliged to hand personal data over to security authorities, without you as the data subject being able to take legal action against this. It therefore cannot be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. intelligence services) process, analyse and permanently store your data located on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can withdraw a consent already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

Right to object to data collection in particular cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

IF DATA PROCESSING TAKES PLACE ON THE BASIS OF ART. 6 (1) LIT. E OR F GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME, ON GROUNDS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE RESPECTIVE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH A PROCESSING IS BASED IS TO BE TAKEN FROM THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA CONCERNED, UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OUTWEIGH YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION UNDER ART. 21 (1) GDPR).

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED IN ORDER TO CARRY OUT DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING INSOFAR AS IT IS CONNECTED WITH SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21 (2) GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged breach. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process by automated means on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this takes place only insofar as it is technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

Access, erasure and rectification

Within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to information free of charge about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, where applicable, a right to rectification or erasure of this data. For this, and for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time about this. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you contest the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we generally need time to check this. For the duration of the check you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you can demand restriction of the data processing instead of erasure.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it for the exercise, defence or establishment of legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of erasure.
  • If you have lodged an objection under Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a balancing of your interests and ours must be carried out. As long as it is not yet established whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data may – apart from their storage – be processed only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State.

4. Data collection on this website

Cookies

Our web pages use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files and cause no damage on your end device. They are stored on your end device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are deleted automatically after your visit ends. Permanent cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them yourself or an automatic deletion by your web browser takes place.

In some cases, cookies from third-party companies can also be stored on your device when you visit our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services of the third-party company (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).

Cookies have various functions. Numerous cookies are technically necessary, because certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping-basket function or the display of videos). Other cookies are used to analyse user behaviour or to display advertising.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions you want (e.g. for the shopping-basket function) or to optimise the website (e.g. cookies for measuring the web audience) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is stated. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies was requested, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG); consent can be withdrawn at any time.

You can set your browser so that you are informed when cookies are set and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Where cookies from third-party companies or for analysis purposes are used, we will inform you of this separately in this privacy policy and, where applicable, ask for consent.

Consent with Borlabs Cookie

Our website uses the consent technology of Borlabs Cookie to obtain your consent to the storage of certain cookies in your browser or to the use of certain technologies and to document this in compliance with data protection law. The provider of this technology is Borlabs - Benjamin A. Bornschein, Rübenkamp 32, 22305 Hamburg (hereinafter Borlabs).

When you enter our website, a Borlabs cookie is stored in your browser, in which the consents you have given or the withdrawal of those consents are stored. This data is not passed on to the provider of Borlabs Cookie.

The data collected are stored until you ask us to delete them, you delete the Borlabs cookie yourself, or the purpose of storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected. Details of Borlabs Cookie’s data processing can be found at https://de.borlabs.io/kb/welche-daten-speichert-borlabs-cookie/.

Borlabs cookie consent technology is used in order to obtain the consents required by law for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP-Adresse

No merging of this data with other data sources is carried out.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the optimisation of its website – for this the server log files must be collected.

Contact form

When you use our contact form, we process first name, last name, email address, message and the optionally provided company and telephone data in order to handle your enquiry. Transmission takes place via our WordPress website to the automation service Make and from there to our CRM system WeClapp. Make and WeClapp receive the provided contact data and the message for further processing of your enquiry.

Where your enquiry serves the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) letter b GDPR. For other enquiries it takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) letter f GDPR; our legitimate interest consists in the handling and answering of your enquiry.

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose of the data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been fully dealt with). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Enquiry by email, phone or fax

If you contact us by email, phone or fax, your enquiry, including the personal data you have communicated, is processed in order to handle your request. For business email handling we use the mailbox info@blaueerdbeere.de and the existing processes via Make and WeClapp. For handling call enquiries and requested info emails we also use Erdbeerenchat and the associated Supabase database. The handling of your enquiry and any required proof of sending remain separate from the voluntary result measurement.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your enquiry is connected with the performance of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries directed to us (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR) insofar as this was requested; the consent can be withdrawn at any time.

The data you send us via contact enquiries remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose of the data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your matter has been fully dealt with). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

5. Analytics tools and advertising

Google Tag Manager and existing website measurement

We use Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Further Google tags are embedded on our website via Tag Manager. When these services are loaded, technical connection data, in particular your IP address and information about the page accessed, are transmitted to Google; processing outside the EU, in particular in the USA, is possible.

We only load the Tag Manager for "Google Ads website actions" after your additional voluntary consent to exactly this selection. An existing statistics or Tag Manager selection does not grant this Ads consent. The existing separate selection "Google Tag Manager" no longer applies; existing selections are not converted into an Ads consent. The existing Google Analytics selection and the media services remain independent. The additional website actions, our separate matching of forms, emails and calls, and the Google phone-number exchange are separate purposes. You reach the Borlabs selections via "Open cookie settings" in section 4; you continue to manage the other matchings mentioned in the privacy settings.

Existing Google Analytics integration

Via the statistics choice in Borlabs, an older Google Analytics code is still included. When this code is loaded, technical connection data can be transmitted to Google. This existing inclusion is to be distinguished from the Google Ads measurements described below. You can change your choice in the cookie settings for statistics and media.

Google Ads website actions

If you agree to the additional voluntary option “Google Ads website actions”, we use Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to match certain actions on this website to our ads. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The measurement covers the triggering of a contact-form submission, clicks on telephone and email links, a combination of a 15-second timer and 80 percent scroll depth, and a corresponding play click together with at least 30 seconds of visibility of at least 50 percent of the video area. These signals alone prove neither a successful form delivery nor an email that was sent, a conversation actually held, 15 seconds of active attention, or 30 seconds of actual video playback.

After your consent, technical browser data including IP address and page address, as well as information about the action and, where applicable, ad identifiers, can be transmitted to Google. Processing outside the EU, in particular in the USA, is possible. In this integration we do not activate any automatic adoption of your form contents for enhanced conversions, nor any personalised ads. You will find further information and contact options in the Google privacy notices and via Google's Contact form for privacy questions.

Google can, for ad matching, use measurement cookies of the _gcl_-family, for example _gcl_aw, _gcl_gs, _gcl_au or _gcl_gb, as well as browser localStorage, in particular _gcl_ls, use. Google states a lifetime of 90 days for these measurement cookies. Which individual storage mechanisms, domains and expiry attributes actually occur on this website has not yet been conclusively confirmed at present. For the LocalStorage mentioned and the server-side Google Ads event and reporting data, we cannot at present state a verified fixed retention period for this integration. The cookie lifetime is not a commitment to delete data already transmitted to Google.

We store your selection via Borlabs Cookie according to the preference duration of 365 days set here. This preference duration is to be distinguished from the lifetime of the Google measurement cookies. You can voluntarily allow "Google Ads website actions", refuse them, or later withdraw them via "Open cookie settings" in section 4. An existing statistics or Tag Manager selection does not grant this additional Ads consent. On withdrawal, further purpose-related release is blocked; data already transmitted are not recalled by this. Google code already loaded may require a safe page restart. The independent selection for the Google phone-number exchange and independently permitted services are retained.

These website actions are separate from the matching of business form, email and call enquiries described below and from the Google phone-number exchange. They do not allow an upload of our event “quote sent”; these uploads remain switched off. Enabling a YouTube player takes place additionally via its own media selection. Rejecting changes nothing about your contact options.

Google Ads result measurement for forms and emails

Google Ads success measurement is voluntary and deactivated at first. Only after your separate selection do we store Google click IDs that are present (GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID) and connect them with your enquiry and the WeClapp opportunity resulting from it. Email addresses and telephone numbers that can be unambiguously normalised are hashed with SHA-256 for the prepared matching. Hashes are not anonymous data. Messages and offer amounts do not belong to the prepared Google data set.

For links to info@blaueerdbeere.de, the separate result measurement additionally includes the matching of emails that have actually been received. For this we need a further explicit confirmation of the extended consent information. On click, we add a random identifier in the prefilled email subject and store the ad matching in encrypted form. Only after an email with this identifier is received do we link its hashed sender address, time of receipt and technical message identifiers with the WeClapp opportunity that was actually created. Opening the mail program, or an abandoned draft, does not count as an enquiry or a conversion. Email content, attachments and signatures are not stored for the result measurement. Getting in touch also works without consent.

A preference cookie stores the choice, the time and the information version for 180 days. A Secure/HttpOnly cookie valid only on this website contains a signed, random matching identifier for 63 days at most. Tracking data is deleted after 63 days at the latest. An enquiry is matched to the quote status confirmed for the first time; the time of that finding is not the proven actual send time. You can withdraw the choice in the privacy settings; pending records are blocked for transmission. Your enquiry is processed independently of this.

Separate transfer of the first confirmed quote status

With your separate consent we link new form and email enquiries to the quote-sent status first confirmed in WeClapp. We use the time of that first finding; the actual send time is not derived from it. Through Make, existing ad click IDs, hashed email addresses and suitable phone numbers, consent status, a stable event ID and that finding time are stored temporarily in a private Google spreadsheet and imported by Google Ads for result measurement. Writing to Google Sheets is already a transfer to Google. Messages, attachments, names, addresses and quote amounts are not exported. Hashes are not anonymous data. The recipient is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; processing outside the EU, in particular in the USA, is possible. Without this extra choice, no quote-status records are sent to Google.

This choice applies only to new enquiries after you expressly confirm it; older enquiries are not enabled afterwards. It requires the separately allowed enquiry matching and does not turn on personalised advertising, website actions, a Google forwarding number or call imports. You can withdraw this purpose here at any time without affecting how your enquiry is handled. Pending exports are blocked; affected rows are removed from our import source at the latest when the original match expires, after 63 days at most. Google may already have read data before that. Deleting the spreadsheet row does not guarantee that conversions already imported are reversed.

Call request and voluntary success measurement

If you receive an info email from us after a call, you can confirm the personal reference contained in it for a separate voluntary success measurement. Merely opening the link, the handling of your enquiry and your reply to the info email do not constitute consent. Existing consent for forms or emails is not extended to calls.

After explicit confirmation, we link the original call start and the caller number with the enquiry, its WeClapp opportunity that actually exists, and the quote first confirmed in WeClapp as sent. The matching takes place in Erdbeerenchat and the associated Supabase database, as well as via Make and WeClapp. Messages, signatures, attachments and quote amounts are not part of the tracking record. The case-related matching does not itself load any Google services. If call result measurement is enabled and you have explicitly confirmed this case, we store permitted quote events in a separate private Google spreadsheet and import them into Google Ads. For this, Google receives your original caller number in international format without a hash, the original call start, the time of the first confirmation of the quote-sent status, the name of the conversion event and your consent status. The transfer to Google already begins with the storage in this spreadsheet. Ad personalisation remains declined. The optional Google phone-number swap has its own choice. A withdrawal prevents further enabled transfers and causes the deletion of personal source rows that are still present. Google imports that have already taken place are not automatically reversed by this source deletion.

The separate call choice is stored for 180 days in a preference cookie. For the withdrawal of matchings already confirmed, a Secure/HttpOnly cookie limited to this website contains a signed random browser identifier for at most 63 days since the last confirmation. The server-side references and permissions are encrypted and kept at most until the original expiry of the respective enquiry, at the latest after 63 days. Via the privacy settings you withdraw all call matchings confirmed here; via the original info-email link you can also withdraw a single enquiry on another device. A transmission of the withdrawal that is not yet confirmed is displayed and requires your confirmation again. Your enquiry is processed independently of this. Information version: 2026-10-17-production-call-v1.

Google forwarding number

The Google forwarding number is a voluntary choice of its own. Previous consents to forms, emails or to matter-related call success measurement do not enable this Google service. Only after separate consent is the Google tag loaded by Google. After an ad visit it can replace the business number displayed and its phone link with a Google forwarding number; the forwarding leads via a separate destination phone number to our head office.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes technical browser data, IP address, page address and, where applicable, ad identifiers for the phone-number matching. In the case of a call that is actually connected, Google can process call data such as caller number, call start and call duration for the ad matching. Processing outside the EU, in particular in the USA, is possible. Activation takes place on the basis of your consent under Art. 6 (1) letter a GDPR and, for access to terminal equipment, § 25 (1) TDDDG. The Google tag for this separate Google forwarding number is loaded by this integration only after you have given consent for it. The separate Borlabs settings apply to the other existing Google services. Personalised advertising, Analytics and the automatic adoption of your contact-form fields for enhanced conversions are not activated by this integration.

A Secure/SameSite preference cookie stores the choice, the time and the information version for 180 days, exclusively on this website. Google’s temporary storage of the forwarding number received is disabled in our call; after consent, the Google tag can use its own ad-measurement cookies. On withdrawal, the original phone numbers are restored immediately. The page is reloaded only after the confirmed server-side withdrawals, in order to stop Google code that has already started. Ongoing or unclear form submissions block the automatic reload. Entries not yet sent can be lost on a reload that is explicitly chosen. Without consent, or after withdrawal, you can still reach us by phone. A website visit, an email click or a call does not trigger an upload of our event “quote sent”. This upload stays switched off.

6. Newsletter

Newsletter signup on this website is currently disabled. The disabled signup loads no external scripts, stylesheets or fonts of the newsletter service Sendinblue.

Notes on an existing newsletter subscription

The following information applies insofar as you already receive the newsletter via this service. The sign-up currently deactivated on this website does not end a newsletter subscription that may already exist.

Sendinblue

Where Sendinblue is used for an existing newsletter subscription, the data provided for that subscription are processed by the newsletter service. Sendinblue is used to organise and send newsletters and offers functions for evaluating newsletter campaigns.

Possible evaluation of newsletters

For a newsletter sent via this service, openings and clicks on links contained in it can be evaluated in particular. The service also offers functions for dividing recipients into groups. This description of the functions does not mean that registration is possible on this website or that a particular evaluation has already taken place for you.

If you want to end an existing newsletter subscription, use the unsubscribe link in the relevant newsletter message. Further information on the service can be found at Sendinblue.

Consent and storage where a relationship already exists

Insofar as newsletter processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until then remains unaffected.

Where a newsletter subscription already exists, the data held for it are stored for that subscription. After an unsubscribe they are no longer used for sending the newsletter. Data that were stored with us for other purposes remain unaffected by this.

After unsubscription, the email address may remain stored on a block list where this is necessary to prevent further newsletters to that address. Such a block serves this purpose only and is to be distinguished from any further use of the address for advertising.

You'll find further information in the privacy notices from Sendinblue.

7. Plugins and tools

YouTube

For YouTube content, consent in the cookie settings for statistics and media is provided for. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

If you load an embedded YouTube video, a connection to YouTube is established. Google then receives technical connection data and information about the content accessed. If you are logged in to your Google account, this information can be matched to your account.

When a video is loaded and played, cookies or comparable recognition technologies may be used. Further processing also depends on your settings at Google. You can change your selection for embedded media services via the cookie settings for statistics and media.

You'll find further information in the Google privacy notices.

Font Awesome (local hosting)

This site uses Font Awesome for a consistent display of typefaces. Font Awesome is installed locally. No connection to servers of Fonticons, Inc. takes place.

You will find further information on Font Awesome in the Font Awesome privacy policy at: https://fontawesome.com/privacy.

Google Maps

This page uses the map service Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Maps is loaded on this website only after your separate consent to “Google Maps”. Until then you see a placeholder and the location details; this embedding of the map does not yet establish a connection to Google. After activation, Google receives technical connection data, in particular your IP address and browser information. Processing in the USA is possible. The map can load further Google resources such as fonts.

The embedding takes place on the basis of your consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and, insofar as information is stored on or read from your end device, § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the privacy settings. The map view is then removed. For external code that has already been loaded, a safe page restart via the shared privacy-settings dialogue is then required.

The transfer of data to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. You will find the details here: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/gdprcontrollerterms/ and https://privacy.google.com/businesses/gdprcontrollerterms/sccs/.

You will find more information on the handling of user data in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection)

Cloudflare Turnstile is activated only after your consent. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The service processes technical signals such as IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent and the identifier and origin of the website in order to distinguish human and automated requests. For the protection of our website, Cloudflare acts as a processor. To improve its bot detection, Cloudflare additionally processes these signals on its own responsibility. Processing outside the EU or the EEA, in particular in the USA, is possible.

Activation takes place on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) letter a GDPR and, insofar as accesses to terminal equipment are concerned, § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw this at any time in the privacy settings. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until then remains unaffected. Without activation you can get in touch by phone or email.

We store your selection for 180 days in a consent cookie valid only for this website. It contains the decision, the time of that decision and the version of the consent information. The optional Cloudflare function Pre-clearance is disabled.
