VUTEK h3 - super-large-format printer
Faster, higher-quality and more brilliant: our super-large-format printer offers print quality at an industrial level. It is the only hybrid printer of the new series in Germany, so we can offer our customers an industry-leading printer solution.

The hybrid flatbed printer with roll option and the dedicated roll-to-roll print capability from VUTEK stand for high-quality production, ultimate image quality and robust reliability.

With it we print rigid materials such as glass panels and wood panels up to a thickness of 5 cm and a width and length of 3 m. It is also our showpiece, which can print the colour white too.

It is used for prints on glass, acrylic glass, Alu Dibond or Forex boards.
As a UV printer it can handle roll prints up to 3.20 metres.

Banners and tension fabrics wider than 2.50 m are printed. It also handles large areas up to a width of 3.20 m and 50 linear metres without problems.

Used for large wayfinding systems, company signs, posters, large tension fabric systems, textile frames or PVC banners.

Milling
We have two milling machines, one for fine work and one for coarse work.

CNC router Profi 3000-2 from Harmuth
With it we mill and drill all machinable materials quickly and precisely. This gantry milling machine can also engrave and, on request, apply a finish. We mostly use it for thick and heavy materials.

Used for 3D letters, illuminated letters, acrylic letters, metal letters, lightboxes, illuminated panels, advertising pylons and advertising steles

Cutter “Kongsberg C from Esko”
With this we mill abstract shapes and fine edges accurate to the millimetre. We also cut with it and cut film on the vinyl plotter. It is better suited to neat work.

Used for acrylic letters, wayfinding, company signs, textile tension fabrics, vehicle lettering, window lettering, PVC banners

Printers
We have four digital printers. With the printers we can work in parallel, or fall back on another printer if there are technical problems – so we are always pretty flexible. Maybe of interest to you: all of the printers are digital printers, two of them are solvent printers and the other two are UV printers.

With solvent printers, the ink dissolves the surface of the material, so the ink bonds with the print medium. That makes the prints very scratch-resistant and durable.

With UV printers the ink does not soak into the material. The ink is printed onto the material as a layer and dried with the UV lamps. The advantage over the solvent printer is that the print does not have to be given additional protection (laminate). With the UV printers we can print on just about any material. However, because it is like an additional layer, the material is not well protected against scratches.

Solvent printer up to 1.60 m from OKI
With this we print films and banners up to a width of 1.60 m.
