Your corporate design is, for us, the heart of the content concept. We take on setting up the software, loading the content and, of course, the installation on the digital signage systems. You decide, with complete flexibility, what Content Service we may take on for you.
The job does not end for us with the one-off set-up of the system; if you want, we stay close by your side and support you long term as well. If you later want to take over your set-up system, we train you thoroughly in how to use the system. As part of a software training session we get you fit and ready, if you want, to operate the content management system completely on your own.
An hour quota you can draw on
Care and support as needed: a content marketing agreement defines – in line with your budget – an annual content package. With that, our phone support is at your side without restriction, and our technicians support you via remote access.
That way you can draw on your hour quota flexibly or request the support you need. Billing is transparent at the end of the quarter. Hour quotas not drawn on are credited to you at the end of the year.
