You can choose whether the signs are mounted directly on the wall or set off it with nice stainless-steel standoffs. The signs can also be set up free-standing, each with two tubes of stainless steel or aluminium. You will find more info in our fixing data sheet.
Installation: freestanding to set up, with a holder at the entrance – anything is possible
We can easily adapt the fixing of your company sign to the local conditions outside: do you need a fixing on the house wall, should it be hung as a door sign, or perhaps be fixed near the door without drilling, with a stand or a display stand? Anything is possible.
We've also had various customers who wanted to fix their company sign on the roof. No problem, we also have experienced climbers on the team… All joking aside: with the cherry picker, our installation team will get up on the roof for you too – up to 100 metres high.
Lighting: illuminated or not, you choose
As always with us, you can choose whether your product should be lit or unlit. If you choose a sign with LED lighting, you can decide between direct and indirect lighting. With direct lighting the light falls forwards; with indirect lighting the light falls backwards, so the sign is backlit.
Design: modern or retro, black and white or colour – take your pick
How your company sign should ultimately be printed is up to you and your business. In general we can print pretty much any colour and produce many different shapes: nostalgic is just as possible as modern, neon just as doable as black or white.
Materials: plenty of weatherproof options for outdoors
The list of materials we can build your weatherproof company sign from is a varied one:
Metal: aluminium, stainless steel, steel, weather-resistant Corten steel, Dibond®
Glass: toughened safety glass, acrylic glass such as Plexiglas®, frosted glass
Plastic: polystyrene, polycarbonate multiwall sheets, Forex®
If you would like a company sign made of wood: that is possible in principle, but it is harder, because wood is not weatherproof outdoors. That is why, for outdoor use, we tend to advise against wooden signs, and we are happy to show you the other brilliant materials more closely. Wooden signs are great to use indoors, though.
Formats: the sizes
We can produce your company sign in many sizes. So that the lettering can be read, we are not keen on producing anything below DIN A6, which is 10.5 x 14.8 cm. Common sizes for door signs are rectangular signs measuring 70 x 50 cm or 100 x 50 cm. A sign of 40 x 60 cm is often requested too. But we would not be BlaueErdbeere if we could not also produce very many other sizes and shapes, or a much smaller advertising sign. Why? Because we have state-of-the-art machinery that can handle plenty of wishes and special requests. We are, by the way, also a tiny little bit proud of it…
Our machines for advertising signs
With our machines we can print signs that should be oval, round, or even shaped like an arrow. Various frames are possible with this too.
We can also pep up your sign with 3D letters. Looking for a special engraving? Then too we offer you numerous options.
To achieve all of that, we use our digital printers and the router.
