Acrylic letters put your lettering centre stage, indoors and out

A single acrylic letter on its own often doesn't really get you any further, but with many acrylic letters, or milled letters, you put your company lettering prominently on show. In exactly the RAL colour you need.

The advantages at a glance:

  • every RAL colour

  • fine logos and serif typefaces possible

  • lower-cost alternative to solid acrylic letters

A wide range of uses indoors
Maybe you need acrylic lettering in the shop window, or you're looking for small acrylic letters for the wall? With us you'll find the right decorative letters for your business in many possible sizes and shapes.

Any colour possible for your acrylic lettering
By laminating with a coloured high-performance film, or by sticking on a coloured acrylic sheet, many colour combinations are possible. We paint your acrylic lettering in exactly the RAL shades that match your corporate design. Green, red, yellow, blue, pink, purple, black, gold, silver, neon…

Thicknesses and fixing of these routed letters
Whether 3 mm, 8 mm, 19 mm or 30 mm thick – with the right standoffs we can make every bit of lettering and every logo appear to float so that they achieve the greatest possible attention for you.

Letters without lighting or with it – a highlight in the dark
We offer you unlit routed letters from 3 mm up to 30 mm.

Besides acrylic, by the way, we also have other materials such as Forex® or Styropor®, from which we can make unlit milled letters.

Acrylic letters are usually unlit, but you can also order illuminated solid acrylic letters from us. Our high-quality solid acrylic letters are milled from a 30 mm thick acrylic sheet. That looks the part and ensures high stability. So that the acrylic letters light up in the dark, they are milled on the back and fitted with a special LED module. The groove that results is filled with a resin paste. So you can use our LED acrylic letters indoors and outdoors without a second thought – even where it is really dark.

Shapes and sizes
We can produce delicate logos as well as expansive serif typefaces or flowing scripts. How is that possible? With our high-tech machines.

Machines for the letters made of acrylic
With our bang up-to-date Machinery we mill our letters in consistently steady quality. The 3D acrylic letters are made, among other ways, with the CNC milling machine from Harmuth. With it we can mill all machinable materials for indoor use. This machine can drill, engrave or finish as requested.

Our second router from Esco is used here too. With it we can rout very nice edges.

Some of it – fitting the LED letters onto the cable rail or attaching the spacers, for example – we actually do by hand.

Your questions... our answers!

We need a stroke width on the letters of at least 25 millimetres, meaning the narrowest point of a typeface must be at least 25 mm thick.

Yes, we have that in a thickness from 3 mm to 30 mm. PVC is the umbrella term for rigid foam boards and acrylic.

Yes, we also make letters from Styropor® and Styrodur®.

Thanks to their shallow built depth and the various lighting options, acrylic letters fit into the overall look, unobtrusive but always present.

No, you can't. But we're happy to advise you individually.

That of course depends on size and material. Give us a call and we can already give a rough cost estimate on the phone.

We need 7 to 15 working days. That is only a guide, though. Depending on workload and order size, we can also be faster…

Let’s talk about your project.

Illuminated signs, vehicle lettering or complete branding – we advise you in person, with no obligation.
