Draw attention with flags

With flags you have plenty of ways to draw attention to your site from a distance: alongside a hanging flag right on the building wall, a flagpole in front of the building is also a good option for hoisting a flag. Alongside hoisting flags and hanging flags, you can also order beach flags from us for setting up.

Here's the checklist for flags:

The advantages at a glance:

  • interchangeable

  • usable in many ways

  • various sizes

Lots of variants: hanging flag, hoisting flag, beach flag
There are different kinds of flags: a hanging flag is usually found near a building wall; a hoisting flag – also called a hoist flag or a banner flag – is hoisted on a flagpole, often directly in front of a building. Here a distinction is made between a hoisting flag with an arm, that is a flag with an arm, and a hoisting flag without an arm. Flags with an arm have a rigid bar the flag is attached to. The others, without an arm, are hoisted.

A beach flag, in turn, stands in a base on the ground and can be placed flexibly. Beach flags, like roll-ups, are often used at trade fairs, for example. These freestanding flags are light and mobile and, because of their small size, easy to transport.

You can buy from us both flags for a flagpole and beach flags, and other flags you need for your company.

Use as advertising flags, decorative flags, club flags, municipal flags
Flags are used in very many ways: alongside advertising flags, which can communicate a company’s advertising message in front of a building, flags and decorative flags are also used in shops. While decorative flags and advertising flags tend to be designed with colourful motifs and text, club flags often show only the club logo with a tagline. Municipal flags, on which usually only the coat of arms and the respective federal state are found, are popular too. A classic use of flags is of course also that of the respective country, from Germany through Europe to the whole world.

Our focus: company flags
Our focus is on company flags, because companies often, as part of an overall project, order these along with other advertising materials such as banners or Illuminated signs too. That's why the designers of our advertising agency develop not only the flag, but the entire corporate design for a company's advertising materials.

Custom flags? We've got them
So that your flags stand out outdoors and indoors, our graphic designers always come up with something individual – from small signal flags through to the large flag with a logo. A little tip: your logo should always be included on your flag, by the way – even if you only design a flag with lettering that draws attention to your message in a striking way.

Your questions... our answers!

Yes, we can. The designers at our advertising agency are happy to help you.

We don't keep a stock of finished flags. So we only offer you an individual design.

If you are wondering what the difference is, here is a quick rule of thumb: one kind of flag is hoisted, and the other is carried.

You are welcome to email us your design. We need the file as a JPG or PDF at a print resolution of 300 dpi in CMYK.

An EPS file, so a vector graphic, is of course great too.

Let’s talk about your project.

Illuminated signs, vehicle lettering or complete branding – we advise you in person, with no obligation.
