Do you need a prototype built beforehand?
Depending on how large the quantity of your product is meant to be, and whether we've already had experience with this product, we make you a prototype beforehand. Only once you've approved the prototype build do we go into series production.

Our wide range runs from the sale of simple cut-to-size pieces, through the making of prototypes, to the manufacture of small and large series.
If, for example, you’re interested in a special Plexiglas® cut, you’re in the right place with us. For standard products as well as prototype building and custom building, we can cut Plexiglas® sheets for you.
Besides Plexiglas®, we can of course also cut any other acrylic to size. We can also mill any acrylic sheet to order.
Further processing after cutting
Once we've cut the acrylic glass sheets / acrylic sheets to measure, we can also bond them as you wish. That way you get your very own prototype, which you can hang on a wall as you like or set up however you like.
Plastics processing with high-tech machines
This is possible thanks to our pros on site and our versatile machinery. With our high-tech machines we can cut almost any shape and any size to measure for you.
Besides acrylic, you can also get other plastics from us, such as PVC sheets, multiwall sheets, twin-wall sheets or Makrolon®.
Network in Germany and EU countries
When it’s a new product, we develop with you exactly the prototype you need in signage. We also help you both with the installation of the products we make and with the installation of products from other manufacturers.
Typically we receive an enquiry from prospective customers. Our sales team then develops a concept in consultation with our team members. If needed, a prototype of the product is also made. If that appeals, series production follows here with us in Krefeld.

In general, yes. If we have a lot of experience with your product, though, that isn't necessary.
That depends on the scope of the prototype and how busy we are. As a rule it takes 10 to 14 days. For example, for a well-known energy producer with a striking animal logo we produced a 5-metre special construction, including structural calculations, within 10 working days.
Unfortunately we can't answer that across the board. It depends on the product.
