To shed light on the new requirements for the future leader, the Marketing Club invited the university lecturer and management consultant Professor Alexander Cisik, who, drawing on the latest research findings, set out what will really matter for leaders in Germany in the future.

For over 20 years, Professor Dr. Alexander Cisik has represented the field of business, organisational and occupational psychology at Hochschule Niederrhein.

- Since 2015, the wish for partnership-based leadership, equal treatment and flexible working hours has grown strongly.

- All current and future changes in our working world, whether digitalisation, working from home or trust-based working hours, would have taken hold even without corona – just not so fast.
